Mugikortasun urria (PMR)

BARRUTIAN BAIMENDUTAKO OBJEKTUAK

Official sales points are the only ones that fully guarantee that the ticket purchased is authentic and valid for entry. It is sold for the correct original value and meets all conditions set by the promoter. We cannot guarantee the validity of a ticket purchased from an unofficial point of sale.

No. Tickets are transferable to other people, even if the name on the ticket or pass is the same as the person who made the purchase, so there is no problem when entering the venue and showing someone else’s ticket.

The Bono Cuadrilla is a ticket designed so you can come to the Azkena Rock Festival with all your friends.

When you buy this pass you will receive 6 tickets for the price of 5!

Wristbands

Before attending the festival, you will need to exchange your ticket for your wristband at the collection points.

Youth Discounts

If you are between 15 and 23 years old, this is your ticket! You can buy Bono Gaztea, our special ticket for young people, at a reduced price. This ticket is exclusively designed by ARF so you can live the whole festival experience at a more affordable price.

How to get it?

All you need to do is select the Bono Gaztea on the Tickets page and that’s it! You’ll get your ticket at a reduced price.

Important: Bring your ID with you to the festival, as we will check if you are under 23 years old when you enter.

If you have the European Youth Card (EYCA), then there’s another discount waiting for you! With this card, available for young people aged 12 to 30, you can buy both the general festival ticket and day tickets at a discounted price.

How do I apply the discount?

Go to the EYCA website to the Azkena Rock Festival discount. Enter your card details and follow the instructions, that’s all! You will get the discount code to use both the general 3-Day Ticket and the day tickets when they become available at a later date.

Note: The EYCA discount cannot be applied to the Bono Gaztea.

If you turned 18 in 2025, you can use up to 200 euros of your Bono Cultural Joven to buy your festival ticket. The Bono Cultural Joven is a virtual prepaid card to spend on culture, and you can use it directly on our website to buy either the Bono Gaztea or day tickets.

How to use it at the ARF?

If you have a valid Bono Cultural (Bono Cultural Joven 2025), you can use your virtual card in any plan on our Tickets page, i.e. it is compatible with the Bono Gaztea and can be used for day tickets.

Minors

Of course, ARF is the best school of rock! And admission is free for children under the age of 14 (with permission and by filling in the form) – who knows, you might be raising the next rock star!

Reduced Mobility (PRM)

People who cannot move independently on their own, such as those who use wheelchairs, crutches, auxiliary breathing equipment or require continuous accompaniment to access the site (with a motor disability that prevents them from walking more than 33%, blindness, etc.).

Unfortunately, being pregnant is not considered a functional diversity that qualifies you for this special mobility service. On the day of the event, you can check with our assistance team and if there is space available in the designated area for reduced mobility, we will do our best to relocate you, although we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

Yes, each person with access to the PRM zone may be accompanied by one companion, who will have to purchase the ticket or pass required.

There will be a platform on some stages (including the main stage) where only people with reduced mobility and their companion will be able to access, as long as seating capacity permits and in order of priority. This platform may be equipped with seats for resting.

It is not necessary to change the entrance, since it will be visible that you can access the area for people with reduced mobility, you only have to consult with our security staff and it will be enough.

If you want to bring it, that’s fine; if you don’t, that’s fine, as our security staff can assess the condition of each person, so if you are on crutches, in a wheelchair, etc. there will obviously be no problem in gaining access to this area.

OBJECTS ALLOWED ON THE VENUE

You must identify yourself to security personnel when entering the festival area. Our security team must check that all medical prescriptions and names on medical containers match the person’s identification. Medical items (including food) that are not available in the festival area may be taken provided that a medical note detailing the need for the item(s) is brought.

Yes, if it is for a baby.

An average backpack should be no larger than 50 cm high, 40 cm wide and 25 cm thick when full. Bags should fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your backpack does not fit into the box you will not be allowed access to the enclosure.

FOOD AND DRINK

If you come with an official medical certificate proving the food you need to take and that you need to bring your own food, you will be able to enter the venue with some food without any problem. If at the entrance they see any food that is not appropriate or too much (food for more than one person, for example), they may not let you enter with it.

No podemos garantizar la validez de una entrada adquirida en un punto de venta no oficial.

No. Las entradas son transferibles a otras personas, incluso si el nombre que aparece en la entrada o bono es el mismo de la persona que realizó la compra, por lo que no hay ningún problema a la hora de acceder al recinto y mostrar la entrada de otra persona.

¿Cómo conseguirlo?

Importante: Lleva el DNI contigo al festival, ya que se comprobará si eres menor de 23 años en el momento de entrar.

¿Cómo aplico el descuento?

¿Cómo usarlo en el ARF?

Si tienes el Bono Cultural vigente (Bono Cultural Joven 2025), podrás utilizar tu tarjeta virtual en cualquier plan de nuestra página de tickets, es decir, es compatible con el Bono Gaztea y aplicable a las entradas de día.

Menores

Claro, ¡ARF es la mejor escuela de rock! Además, la entrada es gratuita para menores de 14 años (con autorización y rellenando el formulario). ¡Quién sabe, tal vez estés criando a la próxima estrella del rock!

Para asistir al festival con un menor, es obligatorio rellenar la autorización correspondiente y presentarla impresa al momento de acceder al recinto. Si el menor tiene 14 años o menos, además de la autorización, también deberás completar el formulario adicional.

No, los menores de 14 años (incluidos) tienen acceso gratuito al festival. Sin embargo, es necesario completar el formulario correspondiente y llevar la autorización impresa para que el menor pueda acceder al recinto.

Cada adulto puede acompañar a un máximo de dos menores de 14 años que entren gratuitamente al festival.

No, la política del festival permite la entrada gratuita solo para un máximo de dos menores por adulto. Si deseas llevar más de dos menores, será necesario que vaya otro adulto acompañante. 

Descarga aquí la autorización para menores. Asegúrate de completalo y traerlo impreso al evento.

Movilidad reducida (PMR)

Personas que no pueden moverse de forma independiente por su cuenta, como aquellas que utilizan sillas de ruedas, muletas, equipos de respiración auxiliares o requieren acompañamiento continuo para acceder al recinto (con una discapacidad motriz que les impide caminar más del 33%, invidencia…).

Lamentándolo mucho, estar embarazada, no se considera una diversidad funcional que califique para acceder a este servicio especial de movilidad. El día del evento, puedes consultar con nuestro equipo de asistencia y si hay espacio disponible en la zona designada para movilidad reducida, haremos todo lo posible para reubicarte, aunque no podemos asegurar que esto sea siempre posible.

Sí, puede ir un acompañante por cada persona que tenga acceso a la zona para PMR, la cual tendrá que adquirir la entrada o bono reglamentario.

Habrá una plataforma en algunos escenarios (entre ellos, en el principal) donde sólo podrán acceder las personas con movilidad reducida y su acompañante, siempre y cuando el aforo lo permita y por orden de prioridad. Esta plataforma podrá contar con asientos para poder descansar.

No es necesario cambiar la entrada, dado que va ser visible que puedes acceder a la zona de personas con movilidad reducida, únicamente debes consultarlo con nuestros miembros de seguridad y será suficiente.

Si quieres llevarlo, está bien; en caso de no tener, no pasa nada, dado que nuestros miembros de seguridad puede apreciar el estado de cada persona, por lo que si se encuentra con muletas, silla de ruedas, etc. obviamente no habrá problemas para acceder a esta zona.

Sí, habrá taquillas tanto en el acceso de entrada como dentro del recinto. Puedes reservar la tuya online aquí.

Sí, todas las taquillas tienen puerto USB para cargar el móvil (no incluye cable).

Los vasos son reutilizables. El alquiler son 3€. Al acabar el festival puedes quedártelo, devolverlo y recuperar los 3€.

No vendemos tabaco dentro del recinto. 

OBJETOS PERMITIDOS EN EL RECINTO

Debe identificarse ante el personal de seguridad al entrar en la zona del festival. Nuestro equipo de seguridad debe comprobar que todas las recetas médicas y los nombres de los envases médicos coinciden con la identificación de la persona. Los artículos médicos (incluida la comida) que no estén disponibles en la zona del festival pueden llevarse siempre que se traiga una nota médica que detalle la necesidad del artículo o artículos.

Sí, si es para un bebé.

Una mochila medio debe ser no más grande de 50 cm de altura, 40 cm de ancho y 25 de grosor llena. Las bolsas deberían encajar en una caja de ese tamaño similar al sistema utilizado en los aeropuertos. Si su mochila no encaja en el cuadro no se le permitirá acceder al recinto.

SEGURIDAD

¡Sí!, sin ningún problema, te lo garantizamos.

Sí. Habrá ambulancias que estarán en el evento, claramente visibles, y claramente marcadas en la guía del festival.

Sí, hay un puesto médico en el recinto.

COMIDA Y BEBIDA

Estamos trabajando para que haya todo tipo de comidas, más adelante tendremos más información de ello.

Si acudes con un justificante oficial médico que acredite los alimentos que debes tomar y que por ello necesitas llevar tu comida, podrás acceder con algún alimento al recinto, sin problema. Es importante que lleves lo que de verdad necesitas, para consumo propio. Si en la entrada ven cualquier alimento que no corresponda o mucha cantidad (comida para más de una persona, por ejemplo), podrían no dejarte acceder con ello.

Sí, habrá fuentes con agua potable en el recinto. No se permitirá el acceso de botellas. Habrá habilitado un servicio de alquiler de vasos. 

No, no disponemos de máquinas de café. 

Sí, disponemos de cerveza sin glutén.

No. Las marcas de Azkena Rock Festival, propiedad intelectual, entradas y pulseras NO se pueden utilizar para hacer publicidad, promociones, concursos, sorteos o cualquier propósito comercial. La única excepción es para los patrocinadores oficiales del festival (que incluso necesitan autorización formal por escrito de los productores del festival).
