Mobile Locker guztiz autonomoak diren armairu sistema bat eskaintzen duen enpresa da.

Erreserba esteka honen bidez egin ahal izango duzu, edo zuzenean Mobile Locker terminalean. Behin kontratazioa amaituta, egindako kontratazioaren berrespena jasoko duzu eta Locker zenbakia. Armairuak irekitzeko, RFID txipa duen txartel edo eskumuturreko bat edo kode alfanumeriko bat lotu ahal izango duzu, kontratazioaren unean sartuko duzuna.

Alokatutako leihatilan sartzen diren fardel guztiak sar ditzazkezu, debekatutako gauzak izan ezik. Gogoratu Mobile Lockerren alokatutako locker-agatik ordaintzen duzula, ez fardelagatik, eta, beraz, zure leihatilan sartzen diren fardel guztiak sar ditzazkezu.

Legez kanpoko objektu guztiak (hala nola, lapurtutako objektuak, drogak, material pornografikoak edo, edozein modutan, gizakiarentzat iraingarriak direnak, etab.). Lizentzia behar duten objektuak, lizentzia edo baimenik gabe (adibidez, armak eta/edo munizioa). Kutsagarria edo arriskutsua den material oro (hala nola, objektu sukoiak edo substantzia arriskutsuak). Edozein motatako animaliak edo beste edozein motatako izaki bizidunak.

Mobile Locker is a company that offers a fully autonomous locker system.

You can make your reservation through this link or directly at the Mobile Locker terminal. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive confirmation of your booking and your Locker number. To open the lockers you can choose to link a card or bracelet with RFID chip or an alphanumeric code that you will enter at the time of booking.

You can bring all the packages that fit inside the rented locker, except for prohibited items. Remember that in Mobile Locker you pay per rented locker, not per package, so you can bring all the packages that fit in your locker.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES

Mobile Locker es una empresa que ofrece un servicio de sistema de taquillas autónomas.

Podrás hacer la reserva a través de este enlace o directamente en el terminal del Mobile Locker. Completada la contratación, recibirás la confirmación de la contratación realizada, el número de Locker. Para la apertura de las taquillas podrás escoger vincular una tarjeta o pulsera con chip RFID o un código alfanumérico que introducirías en el momento de la contratación.

Puedes introducir todos los bultos que entren dentro de la taquilla alquilada, con excepción de los artículos prohibidos. Recuerda que en Mobile Locker pagas por Locker alquilado, no por bulto, por lo que puedes introducir todos los bultos que entren en tu taquilla.

Todos los objetos cuya mera tenencia o tráfico sea ilegal (tales como, objetos robados, drogas, materiales pornográficos o, de cualquier modo, denigrantes para el ser humano, etc.). Objetos cuya tenencia requiera de licencia, sin dicha licencia o autorización (como por ejemplo, armas y/o munición). Todo tipo de material que sea contaminante o sea peligroso (tales como, objetos inflamables o sustancias peligrosas). Animales de cualquier tipo o cualquier otro tipo de ser vivo.

Ni Azkena Rock Festival ni Mobile Locker se hace responsable de los objetos depositados en el interior de las taquillas.

Cada taquilla dispone de un enchufe para poder conectar y hacer la carga de un dispositivo móvil. No incluye el cable.

Puedes acceder a la taquilla alquilada tantas veces como desees o lo necesites durante el período de alquiler. Por lo tanto, si has olvidado algo, quieres añadir más bultos o necesitas acceder a tu taquilla durante el periodo alquilado, lo podrás hacer sin problemas.

En caso de avería, bloqueo o cualquier otro tipo de incidencia en el uso de la taquilla, tienes a tu disposición el servicio de asistencia de Mobile Locker, que podrá utilizar llamando a +34 668 50 50 20 o mediante comunicación escrita a la siguiente dirección info@mobilelocker.es

Sí, siempre y cuando dicha modificación o desistimiento se realice con 24 horas de antelación a la fecha en que comienza el servicio que he reservado.
